The "BioSafe Column" is made of bio-compatible, durable, inert virgin PEEK, making it suitable for analysis in the bio field and ion chromatography. PEEK columns are used for sample analysis that is not suitable for stainless steel hardware. Although PEEK expands due to THF, there is no problem with PEEK tubing with an ID of less than 1.0 mm.
